STAFF Our team is lead by Mr. Giang (RIver) and Mrs. Xuan (Spring) Nguyen, who have a combined 16 years of experience in the hotel business. Our team is a tight knit group that has been working together at different properties for the past 3-5 years.

LOCATION Tho Old Quarter can be overwhelming at times, especially for those who are not used to the pace at which things happen here. The chaos, the sites, the sounds, the traffic, the touts and everything else that happens here, can really add up to a lot of stress for some people, so our hotel is perfectly situated on the edge of the Old Quarter. Its just minutes away from all the excitement, but still a world away when you've had enough excitement for the day and want someplace to sit back and relax! Also, we are right across the street from Hoan Kiem Lake. The lake offers a wonderful opportunity for people-watching, photography, and exercise. Early in the morning the locals come out in the hundreds to do their morning exercises, play badminton, jog, and socialize. Many of them just roll out of bed in their pajamas and go down to the lake! Most tourists miss this, because they don’t know about it. But if you stay with us, you can get up early and go join the morning activities. You will probably be invited to do some stretches, do some Tai Chi, or have some green tea with Vietnamese local people. Google Map

SECURITY There is always someone at the desk. We have several staff members in the hotel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We see and know everyone who comes and goes in our hotel. So if someone doesn't belong here, they are not allowed to be here!
