Step 1

Select the Room Type, Number of Rooms, Check-in Date, Check-out Date, Number of Adults and Number of Children, then select "Check Availability". If the room is available you can select "Add This Room" to add it to your cart. If the room is not available you can try another room type, different dates or try at our sister hotel (www.TheJasmineHotel.com) or (www.TheJasmineHotel2.com).

Step 2

Once you have added a room to your cart you will have 3 options… "Add Another Room" - where you can repeat Step 1 as many times as needed, "Add Tour", where you can select any number of the tours we offer, "Add Booking Details", where you will add your name, email address, contact number, pickup info (for train or airport info) and any other information that we may need to make your stay with us more enjoyable. (of course you can also remove anything in your cart here as well)
*** Make sure your cart has exactly what you want in it BEFORE selecting "Add Booking Details", because you will not be able to use the "Back" option in your browser. Select "Check Out" to proceed to the payment options.

Step 3

Select "Pay Now" – You will be brought to our Secure Payment Portal – we use PayPal, the safest and most secure online payment service provider available. You will have a choice of using your VISA, MasterCard, American Express cards or your PayPal account.

The following payment options are available when you book a room:
  • a) Pay in Full - Make the full payment now
  • b) Pay a Deposit - Make a small deposit now and pay the balance when you arrive
  • c) Pay Later - Communicate through email and pay in full upon arrival
     
Step 4

Once you have finished making your payment you will be brought back to our site.
If you make a payment, usually within about 1 minute you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. Once we review your reservation we will send you a confirmation email with all the booking details and any questions we may have. This may take up to 24 hours. Please check to make sure everything is accurate – If there are any problems please contact us by phone, on Yahoo Messenger or by email ASAP so that we can resolve the issue.
